* Online order returns are accepted on items not listed above with an RA#(see below on how to return). Items must be unworn, in new condition, and must have ALL tags attached.

* Online order returns must be postmarked no later than 10 days from the date we shipped your order to you. Returns postmarked after the 10th day from the order ship date or unauthorized returns will be refused or returned to you at your expense.

*NO REFUNDS on in Store or Boutique purchases, Exchange only within 7 days. All merchandise must be in original condition, have all tags attached and you must have a receipt.

*All custom order sales are FINAL SALE.
*All sale items are FINAL SALE.
*Credit slips will not be duplicated.

*Because everyone wears and cares for their merchandise differently we cannot guarantee rhinestones.

* We carefully inspect all items before leaving our store. We reserve the right to inspect returned items and refuse items that are not in original condition. If the item is damaged, it will be photographed and documented for our records and no refund will be issued.

* All sale items are final, no returns will be accepted.

* We DO NOT refund Shipping fees for returns.

* Refunds if approved, can take up to 7 business days to credit your account.

How To Return:

1.Call us at 661-305-6431, or email us at:info@charagirl.com to request an RA#. Please provide reason for the return, Order #, name/address and phone #. If approved we will provide you with a RA#.

2.RA#'s must be written on the outside of the box.

3.Once you receive an RA# write the RA# on the outside of the box and return merchandise within 10 days from the date the order was shipped to you.

4.Once the approved return is received, inspected, and confirmed to be in original condition we will then process your refund in the manner originally paid.

5.* Refunds if approved, can take up to 7 business days to credit your account.

For UPS shipping rates. Please add items you wish to purchase to your shopping bag, then go to view shopping bag. Type in your zip code and city for shipping rates.

Outside The United States Please call 661-305-6431 or email:info@charagirl.com for shipping rates outside the United States please provide address, country you would like a shipping quote for and the number of items you are interested in purchasing. Thank You!!

Order Processing:

Orders placed Monday-Friday before 12 PM PST will begin processing that day, excluding holidays.

Orders will then ship within 48 hours pending availability and credit card verification.

All orders placed after 12 PM PST will begin processing the next business day.

Orders placed on Friday after 12 PM PST will begin processing the following Monday. Shipping time excludes weekends and holidays.

Please do not select UPS if delivering to a P.O. Box as they do not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Thank You!
